Ole Einar Bjørndalen born 27 January 1974 in Modum, is a career biathlete. Bjørndalen has won five Olympic Gold medals (more than anyone in biathlon), and fourteen World Championship gold medals. In addition, he has a record 87 individual World Cup victories, and became the first biathlete ever to win a FIS Cross Country World Cup race, in Gällivare, Sweden in 2006.
